Once your order is processed, we entrust it to our chosen shipping carrier for delivery. Shipping within the United States typically takes between 4-6 business days. 

For international orders, please anticipate a shipping time of approximately 12-15 business days. Kindly note that these estimates are subject to variation due to factors beyond our control, such as customs delays.

Shipping Fees

We are pleased to offer a shipping fee of $6.00 for all orders within the United States. For international orders, a flat rate shipping fee of $10.00 applies. Please be aware that we reserve the right to modify our shipping fees at any time without prior notice.

Shipping Locations

We proudly ship our products to customers worldwide from our location in the United States. Please note that any customs fees or taxes imposed by your local government are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Business Days

Our business days are from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays or holidays will be processed on the following business day.

Order Tracking

For your convenience, we provide order tracking information for all packages shipped from Mezoss. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and instructions on how to track your package.

Lost or Damaged Packages

While we take great care in packaging and shipping our products, unfortunate incidents such as lost or damaged packages can occur during transit. If you receive a package that is visibly damaged, please contact us at assist@mezoss.com right away. We will collaborate with our shipping carrier to resolve the issue and arrange for a prompt replacement.
